Helle Heckmann is the founder of Nøkken, a Children’s Garden, in Denmark. She runs workshops, visits, mentors and lectures throughout the world. She is the author of a number of books, DVD’s and articles and is passionate about making our early childhood centres, and ourselves, fit for the children. Helle’s main concern is the protection of childhood.
Helle inspired us at Brighton Steiner School to start our daily walks in kindergarten. Teachers have since noticed a decrease in children’s illness. Hear more tips to support their happiness, health and resilience.
