All new parents are expected to have attended an Introductory Talk. These are held once a term and the dates and times are listed in the Events & Diary section of our website. No booking is required to attend an Introductory Talk.

Classroom Tours

These tours are optional and take place once a month and need to be booked in advance. Groups of about eight parents are invited to tour the school while classes are in progress. This takes about one and a half hours including questions at the end. Please book through the School Office.

Educational Interview

This is the interview with the prospective class teacher and another teacher, parents and child. The interview determines whether the child will be offered a place subject to the financial interview with the bursar.

Before any Interviews can Take Place :

�a)��	a non-refundable application fee of �40 per child is payable.
�b)��	a completed application form needs to be received together with current school reports and any educational psychologist's reports where applicable.

Normally children are invited to visit the class prior to being accepted. This is from three days to one week in length and does not include kindergarten age children.

Interview with the Bursar

After the first interview has taken place, an interview with the bursar must be arranged to discuss financial arrangements. At this meeting you are asked to sign a 'Conditions of Entry and Undertaking' agreement and will be required to pay a one-off deposit of �200 per child.

Next Steps

After the child is accepted, a letter of acceptance will be sent together with school information and a Registration Form to be completed as soon as possible and returned to the school office. All acceptances are on a term's trial basis.

Home Visit

After a child has been accepted into a class, the class teacher will arrange to visit the child with the parent(s) in the child's home, and an interview form with details of the child's development is filled in. The teacher will be in touch regarding this.
